In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
You must contact the studio before sending the item back

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as qeenew cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Ready to Make garments are produced specifically for you after purchase. As made-to-order items, they are generally not eligible for return or refund unless the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
